so i have a secret. i'm excited for tomorrow. why's that you say? because it's saturday and you have a blissful day of nothing planned? well, no. i have to work all day.

BUT before that? secret fun things.
i'm dying my hair red!! wooooo!

i have an amazing hair stylist. like, sent from god. she is actually a colorist at ted gibson salon, but my roommate was lucky enough to know her when she still cut hair. so now, she comes to our house, and cuts our hair, and we end up looking like movie stars, with cuts that grow out beautifully and make us look hot.

and as a result, she's come to like us as people. and therefore, offers us discounts on her color services at the salon. (!!!)

this is someone who does kate gosslin's hair. she knows christina ricci. we're talking movie star famous people get colored by her. and she likes us, and knows we're broke, so she gives us discounts.

let me tell you, this is a set up you want to have.

so, she's been pushing me lately to go red. it's funny, because when i broke up with my ex three years ago, i wanted to go red. but i waited, because i didn't want it to be a breakover. (makeover and break up combined, get it??) so i waited. and then when i brought the picture to my old hair stylist, she said it wouldn't work with my skin tone. so i gave up on it. no biggie. i moved on.

but since my current, much awesomer hair stylist has been pushing, who am i to say no? so, tomorrow, i have an appointment before work. i have no idea what she's planning, or what process she's going to do. when i asked, she said "i'm thinking amy adams."

so tomorrow, i may show up to work looking like this:

hmm... OKAY!

i'm excited. most people would be nervous, and at moments, i am, but then i remember that this chick is a PRO, and if i put myself in her hands and say 'make me look hot,' she will.

so, i'm closing my eyes and leaping! redheadedness, here i come!
